ITEM AVAILABILITY

We will make every reasonable effort to stock all merchandise presented on http://kc.clothing. In the event that an item you ordered is no longer available, you will be notified.

The expected shipment times specifies when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, and not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. Delivery times may vary.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We ship domestic orders USPS Priority and charge a flat rate of $4.99.  We offer FREE shipping for orders over $75.00.

International orders are shipped USPS.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE

Shipping your items on time is very important to us.  Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 15-20 business days for international orders.  
For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method and the final shipping destination.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price AND we'll cover the shipping.  Yeah, that's right.  We will pay for the return shipping.

The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all tags or labels, and accessories to ensure credit.

Purchased items are determined un-returnable if worn, washed, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer.

DAMAGES

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30-days of delivery. Please provide us with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.

If there is extensive damage to the product upon delivery, contact us immediately. Please have your order number available when you call.
