CLOTH MASKS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping with The Kansas City Clothing Co.! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if there is an issue with your purchase we’d be happy to help fix the problem.

EXCHANGES:

We offer FREE exchanges through the mail for orders placed online. A pre-paid label will be created and emailed to you to print and ship. Please contact info@kc.clothing and include the following:

  • Name
  • Order number 
  • Name of the item(s) and size(s) you would like to exchange for. 

If your purchase was made at one of our retail partner's please return/exchange at the location your purchase was made.

RETURNS:

Return an online purchase: please send an email to info@kc.clothing with your Order # and reason for return.  We'll email a shipping label for you to print and ship back your items.  Drop em' in the mail and you’re done! Refunds are credited to the card used in the original transaction. This process will take 1-3 business days. 

Note: the cost of shipping product back will done at the customer’s expense. Please note that any shipping fee from original order is not refundable.

    • Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a full refund.
    • We honor full refunds up to 60 days after the original purchase date.
